Delete Account – Tech Rajman App
Tech Rajman (app and developer name as shown on the Google Play store listing)
You can request permanent deletion of your Tech Rajman app account and the data associated with it. This page explains how to do that and what happens to your data.
Steps to request account deletion
- Open the Tech Rajman app on your device and sign in to your account if you are not already signed in.
- Contact us to request deletion by sending an email to support@techrajman.com from the email address linked to your Tech Rajman account. Use the subject line: Request to delete my account.
- In the email, include your registered mobile number and/or email address so we can identify your account.
- We will confirm your identity and process the deletion request. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and associated data have been deleted (see timeline below).
Data we delete
When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize the following:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Your login credentials and authentication data
- Your booking and consultation history
- Payment-related records linked to your account (transaction identifiers; financial data may be retained by our payment provider as required by law)
- App usage data and preferences
- Any other personal data stored in your Tech Rajman account
Data we may keep
We may retain the following for the stated reasons:
- Legal and compliance: Copies of data required by law (e.g. tax, refunds, disputes) for the period required by applicable law (e.g. up to 7 years where mandated).
- Anonymized or aggregated data: Data that no longer identifies you may be kept for improving our services and analytics.
Retention period
Account deletion is normally completed within 30 days of a verified request. After that, your personal data is removed from our active systems. Where we are required to retain certain records by law, those are kept only for the minimum period required and then deleted.
