- Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
If cancellation is requested less than 24 hours before the session, no refund will be provided.
- Missed Appointments
If you fail to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.
- Technical Issues
If the consultation cannot be conducted due to technical issues from our side, we will:
Reschedule the session at no additional cost, or
Provide a full refund (if rescheduling is not possible).
- Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests (if any) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
